From there I moved to Colorado for 11 years and graduated from Colorado Mountain College and also attended Colorado State University. I was born in Green Bay and raised in Sturgeon Bay. I enlisted in Wisconsin Army National Guard in 2008 and still currently serve. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Following this I accepted a position as a Correctional Officer for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections in 2014.
In 2017 I was deployed to Iraq. Upon returning home from deployment, I purchased my first real estate investment property, a duplex in Appleton. After nearly twenty years in the mortgage business, I have jumped the fence to the greener grass of real estate! I first started in real estate in Door County during the midst of a brisk second home market in 2002. When life took me east to New York City in 2004, I worked as a mortgage broker alongside some of the top real estate agents in the country. After many fun years and a toddler in tow, I left the Big Apple behind and returned to what I fondly call the Little Apple. You can take the girl out of Wisconsin, right?
