Prior to getting her real estate license in 2016, Alicia also leased residential properties for 5 years for the largest property management company in North Dakota. Alicia has practiced real estate in ND, MN & is very excited to be serving the beautiful state of Wisconsin! Alicia specializes in commercial real estate; specifically restaurant/retail & office and has worked on multiple retail development projects. Some of her most notable transactions have included, Maurices Corporate Headquarters (Ascena Retail Group), Minnesota Office of the State Auditor, University of Minnesota, St. Louis County Veteran Services, and the Armed Forces Recruiter's Office.
